Weekly visits can suit rapidly changing phases. Biweekly visits can support team updates, while monthly visits may suit owner reporting. Milestone visits work well for foundations, framing, exterior completion and handover. A recurring scope specifies visit count, coverage, file delivery and weather contingencies; exact repeat positioning is not guaranteed.

Are flight dates guaranteed?
Dates are requested, then confirmed after project review. Weather, site access and airspace requirements can change the schedule. Rescheduling terms are agreed before booking.
